All that sorrow, and all that grief.. my reaction to it and my anger within.. my notions.. my perceptions.. people who I think don't like me.. people I am angry at.. all my fears..ALL that I hate.. everything negative in this world.. is just an ILLUSION. It is not real.. just an illusion..
sigh...pheww.. what a relief...
